Abstract

Introduction: Peyronie's disease is a fibroproliferative condition that affects the penile anatomy, causing pain, curvature, and sexual dysfunction. Treatment with mononuclear cells has emerged as a promising biological alternative.

Objective: To evaluate the level of satisfaction in patients with Peyronie's disease treated with mononuclear cell infiltration.

Methods: 159 patients were included, predominantly in the 50–59 age group. Clinical variables, including penile curvature, pain, curvature direction, and post-treatment satisfaction, were evaluated. Descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression were applied.

Results: 72.3% of patients had curvature reduction to less than 20°, and pain decreased in 72.3% of cases. The overall satisfaction index was 8.1 points out of 10. Multivariate analysis showed that pain reduction (β=0.42, p<0.001) and curvature reduction (β=0.35, p=0.004) were significantly associated with greater satisfaction.

Conclusion: Mononuclear cell therapy demonstrated high clinical efficacy and positive perceptions in patients with Peyronie's disease, making it a promising therapeutic option.
